The Raphael Miranda Peanut Butter Mousse Pie is a dessert made with graham crackers and bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips. Flavored with exotic ingredients like creamy peanut butter, the Raphael Miranda Peanut Butter Mousse Pie is savory and has a fresh and refreshing taste to it.
Non stick vegetable oil spray 1
Graham crackers 7 , coarsely broken
Unsalted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon, divided
Semi sweet chocolate chocolate chips 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
Whipping cream 2 Cup (32 tbs), divided
  Light corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon, divided
Peanut butter chips 6 Ounce (About 1 Cup)
Creamy peanut butter 2 Tablespoon (Do Not Use Old-Fashioned Style / Freshly Ground)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch-diameter glass pie dish with nonstick spray. Blend graham crackers, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar in processor until moist clumps form. Press crumb mixture over bottom and up sides of prepared pie dish. Bake crust until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine chocolate chips, 2/3 cup cream, corn syrup, and 1 teaspoon vanilla in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium heat until chocolate softens, about 3 minutes. Whisk until melted and smooth. Spread chocolate mixture over bottom of crust. Freeze 10 minutes.

Microwave peanut butter chips and 3/4 cup cream in large microwave-safe bowl on medium heat at 15-second intervals just until chips soften, stirring often. Whisk in peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cool to barely lukewarm. Beat remaining 1 cup cream and 2 tablespoons sugar in medium bowl until very thick but not yet holding peaks; fold into peanut butter mixture in 3 additions. Spoon mousse over chocolate layer. Chill at least 1 hour and up to 1 day.

The Raphael Miranda Peanut Butter Mousse Pie with creamy peanut butter and delicious chocolate chips seems to have a mind blowing combination of ingredients. Creativity put to good use! But I wonder if you've got a more modest but equally tasty version for a weight watcher like me :) :)

This is the best Peanut Butter Mousse Pie I have ever made. Everybody raved about the Pie dish. The only thing I would change in this Raphael Miranda Peanut Butter Mousse Pie is a little less whipped cream. With the combo of creamy peanut butter and delicious chocolate chips this dessert is surely a big hit!!
