Bean Curd With Oyster Sauce
|Fresh mushrooms||4 Ounce|
|Bean curd||1 Pound|
|Oyster sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1 Pinch|
Wash and slice the mushrooms.
Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms over fierce heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove them from the pan.
Break the bean curd into small pieces and add to the remaining oil, cook gently for 2-3 minutes until browned on the outside.
Add the oyster sauce and pepper mix well and leave for 2 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, mix well and gently heat through.
