Chum Chum

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 1 Pound
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Semolina 1 Ounce
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar syrup 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Kewra water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, add cream cheese (chhena) and whisk it in 2 teaspoons water.
2)Add semolina and flour and make 12 flat oval shapes (chum chums) of the mixture.
3)In a pan, heat syrup on medium heat and add chum chums into it.
4)As syrup thickens add 1 ΒΌ cup water and bring it to a boil. Until chum chums come to the surface.
5)Repeat this process 3 times i.e. when the syrup begins to thicken, pour in the aforesaid amount of water and bring to a boil.
6)Turn off heat and drain the chum chums.

SERVING
7)In a serving plate, place the chum chums and pour kewra water and decorate with silver foils.
