Almond Curd

Ingredients
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Agar agar powder/1 cup soaked and strained agar agar strands 4 Teaspoon
  Sweetened condensed milk 1 Can (10 oz)
  Almond essence 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, add water, sprinkle agar-agar and allow to boil, stir until the agar-agar dissolves
2. Add condensed milk and almond essence to it and pour it into a large shallow glass dish or cake tin;, allow to cool down and then chill to set
3. Cut cubes or diamonds

SERVING
4. Serve as such or with canned or fresh fruits
