Unsalted Butter And Brown Sugar Mini Banoffi

When serving finger food for entertaining at home, why not give your guests a sweet little treat at the end of the evevning? These tasty little Banoofi are served in shot glasses and our sure to wow your guests. A video of this recipe being prepared can be found on our facebook page.
Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 50 Gram
  Brown sugar 50 Gram
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Banana 1
  Cream 100 Milliliter
  Cocoa powder 4 Tablespoon (For Dusting)
  Unsalted butter 30 Gram, melted
  Digestive biscuits 60 Gram, crushed into crumbs
Directions

First make the biscuit base. Mix the biscuit crumbs throught the melted butter and place a little in the basre of each shot glass.
Place the glasses in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
Now make the butterescotch sauce. Place the 50g butter, 50g sugar and honey into a saucepan.
Place on a medium heat and stirring all the time,allow the sugar to disoolve and butter to melt.
Once the mix comes together like a toffe sauce, allow to cook for 1 more minute.
Add the 8 tbsp cream and bring to the boil.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Set aside and allow to cool.
Remove the glasses from the fridge and spoon some of the butterscotch sauce over the biscuit base.
Top each biscuit base with a slice (or chopped) of banana.
Spoon the whipped cream on top of each glass and dust with a little cocoa powder.
