Ingredients
  Cottage cheese/Pot cheese 1 Pound
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced scallions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Include Some Tops)
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Minced radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine all the ingredients except the pepper and chill.
2) Then remove and sprinkle evenly with the freshly ground pepper.

SERVING
3) Serve over a bed of lettuce or with the with buttered pumpernickel, or over the buckwheat kasha or hot boiled new potatoes.
