Curds And Sour Cream
|Cottage cheese/Pot cheese||1 Pound|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced scallions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Include Some Tops)|
|Cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced|
|Minced radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
1) Combine all the ingredients except the pepper and chill.
2) Then remove and sprinkle evenly with the freshly ground pepper.
3) Serve over a bed of lettuce or with the with buttered pumpernickel, or over the buckwheat kasha or hot boiled new potatoes.
