Ingredients
  Lemon 2 , juiced (rind grated)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Pound
  Sugar 1⁄2 Pound
  Beaten eggs 2 Large
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a pan, melt butter in it and add in sugar and other ingredients.
2) Allow the mixture to thicken by cooking over a pan of boiling water.
3) Cover the mixture at once.

SERVING
4) Use as a filling for tarts.
