Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened (2 Sticks)
  Confectioners sugar 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
Directions

This comes from a great bakery in New York City, Butter Cup Bake Shop. They offer several cookbooks well worth having. Keep checking to watch my interview at Butter Cup!

Combine butter, 4 cups sugar, milk & vanilla. Use a paddle attachment if you have one.

Slowly add remaining sugar 1 cup at a time until desired consistency. You may not use all the sugar.

Frost away!
