Ingredients
  Peanuts 1 Tablespoon
  Fat free curd 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thick Curd)
  Ginger powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, grated
  Chopped coriander/Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Roast peanuts, remove skin and chop finely.
Whisk curd and mix with remaining ingredients.
Serve with green bell pepper, celery and carrot sticks.
