If you love your cheese, here is video that would give you a chance to enjoy them in bite size balls. The chef in the video has an interesting technique to make these tiny Mozzarella Spheres. He drops a little melted mozzarella cheese in cold water and brings it together to make a sphere. he serves them individually in a spoon with a piece of tomato and some fresh basil.

This is a next to useless demonstration, in fact it is very probably a waste of time. There are no specific instructions given regarding quantities of mozzarella/liqiud. There is no reference to what I assume is 'ice-water' used to form the blob and it took this professional chef 4 minutes to produce one tiny mozarella capsule, from the pre-blended goop. Of course your 'Editors Review' (sic) doesn't help much as the mozarella isn't "melted" it is apparently blended. Finally, 'bite size' mozarella balls are available in my local supermarket! They say any publicity is good publicity, sometimes I do wonder. Do you?
