Ingredients
  Curds 4 Teaspoon
  Plain flour 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Ghee 2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Green chilies 2 , chopped
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Chopped tomatoes 4 Teaspoon
  Chopped cucumber 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon (For Topping)
Directions

1. Beat the curds, plain flour, turmeric powder and milk together.
2. Heat the ghee and fry the cumin seeds until they crackle.
3. Add the onion, green chillies and ginger and fry again for a few seconds.
4. Add the curds mixture and boil for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes and cucumber and cook for 1 minute.
5. Top with the chopped coriander.
