Fermented Bean Curd With Green Beans

Ingredients
  Green beans 3⁄4 Pound (340 Grams)
  Oil 22 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Ginger slice 1 , shredded
  Fermented bean curd cubes 2 , mashed
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Wine 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Soup stock 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Cornstarch solution 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
Directions

1. Wash beans, snap off ends and cut diagonally into 2" (5 cm) strips.
2. Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add ginger and stir for 10-15 seconds. Add green beans and stir for 30 seconds.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients except cornstarch solution. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for about "31/2 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch solution.
