Fermented Bean Curd With Green Beans
|Green beans||3⁄4 Pound (340 Grams)|
|Oil||22 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon)|
|Ginger slice||1 , shredded|
|Fermented bean curd cubes||2 , mashed|
|Salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Wine||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Soup stock||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Cornstarch solution||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
1. Wash beans, snap off ends and cut diagonally into 2" (5 cm) strips.
2. Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add ginger and stir for 10-15 seconds. Add green beans and stir for 30 seconds.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients except cornstarch solution. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for about "31/2 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch solution.
