|All purpose flour||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Tablespoon|
|Shortening||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use all purpose type)|
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together 3 times.
Cut in the shortening and blend until mixture is the consistency of fine crumbs.
Store in covered, airtight container up to 4 months.
