Chocolate Lover's Pie - quick, easy, delicious
|Semi sweet chocolate morsels||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Non fat milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Reduced fat cream cheese||4 Ounce|
|Splenda||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cool whip lite||8 Ounce|
|Low fat graham crust||1 (Ready Made)|
Put chocolate and milk in a bowl and microwave for 60 seconds. Stir and microwave 30 seconds more. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese with Splenda. Add chocolate mixture and beat until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pie crust and freeze for 2 hours before serving.
