Ingredients
  Tofu 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bean Curd)
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped cilantro/Parsley 2 Tablespoon (Chinese Parsley)
  Scallion 1 , chopped
Directions

1. Slice the tofu and arrange it on a small plate or dish.
2. Combine the tamari and oil and pour over the tofu.
Sprinkle with the cilantro, scallion, and pepper to taste. Chill.
