Ingredients
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , peeled, seeded
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finley sliced
  French shallot 1 , chopped (Dry)
  Plain yogurt 180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Chopped dill 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Chopped fennel 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Chopped chives 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1/2 Lemon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Chill at least one hour before serving.
