In a microwave safe bowl, warm milk for 12 minutes on medium power or 8 minutes on high power.
Do not boil the milk. Let the milk cool down on its own.
Meantime in a seperate bowl whisk the plain curd.
Check the milk by dipping a finger. you should feel the warmth but not the heat.
Pour the milk into the curd bowl, use a strainer to strain the cream.
Stir to mix the milk and the curd.
Cover the container with lid.
Heat the microwave for 3 minutes and then place the curd bowl inside the microwave for 4-5 hours for setting the curd. Do not heat the microwave again.
Homemade curd will be ready after 4-5 hours.
Check the curd and then refrigerate to avoid souring.
