Deep Fried Bean Curd

Deep Fried Bean Curd is an amazingly delicious side dish recipe. Try this tempting and alluring Deep Fried Bean Curd; I am sure you will always want to have it in your coming parties!
Ingredients
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Five spice powder 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground white pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), very finely chopped
  Tofu cake 4 , halved
  Peanut oil 625 Milliliter
  Spring onions 4 , very finely chopped
Directions

In a bowl, mix together salt, five spice powder, sugar, pepper and garlic.
Add one piece of tofu at a time and turn over to evenly coat.
Leave for 1 hour.
In a wok, heat oil until smoking, add tofu and deep fry curd for 5 minutes until puffy and golden.
Drain on absorbent kitchen paper and serve immediately sprinkled with the spring onion.
