String Beans With Fermented Bean Curds

Ingredients
  Chinese long beans/Fresh young string beans 1 Pound
  Fu ju 2 (Cakes)
  Sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (From The Fu Ju Jar Or Can)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut the beans into 2 inch (5 cm) pieces.
Wash and drain.
Mash 2 cakes of fu ju with 1 1/2 Tbs fu ju sauce in a small bowl.
Then add sugar and water.
Mix well and set aside.
Heat 2 Tbs oil in the wok and stir fry the green beans until all the beans are coated with oil.
Add salt and mix well.
Add the mashed fu ju and mix a few times.
After it begins to boil, turn heat to medium, cover and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
