All purpose flour
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Clear chicken stock
5 Cup (80 tbs)

1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine butter and flour with a whisk to make a roux.
2. Remove from heat to add chicken stock. Whisk slowly to combine.
