Stir-Fried Bean Curd With Szechuan Sauce

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (60 Milliliters)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2 , cut in 3/4 inch 2 centimeter lengths
  Bean curd 1 Pound, cut in 3/4 inch 2 centimeter lengths (450 Gram)
  Sauce 5 Tablespoon (75 Milliliters)
Directions

1 Heat oil in a wok. Add salt, white of green onions and bean curd cubes. Stir-fry gently to heat through.
2 Add Szechuan Sauce and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in green onion tops and serve
