Lemon Curd

  Butter 3 Ounce
  Eggs 3 Large
  Caster sugar 6 Ounce
  Lemons 2 (use rind and juice)

Put butter, sugar, lemon juice and very finely grated rind into a basin, and stand this over a pan of boiling water.
Blend all together, and when butter has melted, add the eggs, well whisked, to the other ingredients.
Stir until mixture thickens, which will take about 20 minutes.
Pour into warmed jars and cover when cold.

The recipe may taste good but it needs more details like how many jars will this make? More description on "warm jars" some know but some may you temper eggs before adding them to hot mixture?? etc....
