Filet Mignon With Pepper

Ingredients
  Filet mignon 4
  Bacon slices 4
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Wrap a bacon slice around each steak and secure with wooden cocktail sticks.
Pre-heat grill to hot and brush rack with oil.
Spread a little butter on each steak and place on grill rack 3-inches below heat.
Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side for rare steak, 2 minutes longer each side for medium rare steak.
Turn steak with tongs or two spoons to avoid piercing the meat and letting the juices escape.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
