Marinated Filet Mignon
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasoning salt||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon-pepper seasoning||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dried whole oregano||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Beef tenderloin steaks||36 Ounce (6 In Number, About 6 Ounce Each)|
1)Combine olive oil, salt, lemon-pepper, whole oregano and garlic powder in a large shallow container adding steaks into the mixture.
2)Cover and marinate the mixture for 3 hours in refrigerator and keep turning steaks occasionally.
3)After sometime remove steaks from marinade.
4)Grill the steaks on hot coals for 5-7 minutes on each side till it is properly cooked.
5)Serve it hot with some nice cool drinks.
