Salmon Fillets Or Steaks
|Fresh root ginger||1 Teaspoon, finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Dash|
|Salmon fillets||4 (Or Fillets)|
Combine all sauce ingredients in small bowl.
Pour over salmon in micro-proof dish that is large enough to hold fish in a single layer.
Cover with plastic wrap and cook on HIGH 4-5 minutes per pound of fish used.
Rearrange fish if not evenly cooked and cook one minute longer with uncooked portions to outside.
Garnish with sprigs of fresh dill.
