Filet Mignon Stanley

Ingredients
  Beef tenderloin steaks 2 Pound (2 Steaks Of 0.75 Pound Each)
  Bananas 2
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Drop
Directions

Broil steaks on both sides until well browned.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, peel bananas and halve lengthwise.
Saute on both sides in the 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet (do not overcook).
Lift bananas from skillet; keep warm.
Melt the 1/2 cup butter in the skillet; stir in the flour.
Pour in milk, cooking and stirring until sauce comes to boiling.
Reduce heat and add horseradish, salt, pepper to taste, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook sauce 1 minute longer.
Arrange broiled steaks on a platter, surround with bananas, and pour sauce over them.
