Frijoles, also known as Frijoles Negros in Spanish, is a Mexican recipe that is made with a variety of black beans belonging to some species of legumes. Much common in Latin America, Puerto Rico and Cuba, Frijoles is typically a gravy item that is immensely rich in vitamins, minerals and proteins. Frijoles form a great combination with any meal and can also be taken as a breakfast accompaniment owing to its high nutritious value.
