Avocado salsa is an avocado based salsa and at the same time different from guacamole. The avocados are not mashed but chopped and mixed with ingredients like olives, onions, bell peppers and even corn. Fruits and vegetables of oneâ€™s choice can always be used. Avocado salsa is seasoned with white vinegar or apple cider, lemon juice and olive oil/vegetable oil along with some garlic, dried oregano, salt and pepper. Avocado salsa can be used as dip or served with tortilla chips and even stuffed inside soft taco shells.
