Ingredients
  Lime 1 Large, juiced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh salsa 2 Tablespoon
  Cilantro 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), trimmed and chopped reserve 2 sprigs for garnish
  Cucumber 1 Large, diced
  Avocado 1 Large, cut in to chunks
  Cooked shrimp 12 Ounce
  Spinach 2 Bunch (200 gm), rinsed and trimmed
Directions

Blend lime juice with olive oil, salsa, and cilantro.
In a large bowl, gently toss cucumber and avocado with shrimp and salsa dressing.
Pile lettuce on 2 large plates, mound shrimp salad on top, garnish cilantro sprigs.
