New Mexican Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce, softened
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Sharp white cheddar cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), finely grated
  Canned chopped green chiles 4 Ounce (1 can)
  Avocado 1 Medium, mashed
  Onion 1 Small, finely minced
  Crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Blend cheeses together.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Or add all ingredients to food processor and blend well with steel blade.
Spoon into serving dish and chill.
Serve with crackers.
NOTE TO COOK: Carry to party in serving dish covered with plastic.
Carry crackers separately.
