Cod With Hot Salsa

Cod With Hot Salsa has a different taste.The margarine gives the Cod With Hot Salsa a unique taste.
Ingredients
  Hot salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cod fillets/Lean fish fillets 1 Pound
  Reduced calorie margarine 1 Tablespoon, reduced
  Snipped fresh cilantro/1 teaspoon dried cilantro leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
Directions

Prepare Hot Salsa.
If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces.
Arrange fish, thickest parts to outside edges, in square microwavable dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Mix margarine, cilantro, salt and garlic; brush over fish.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 3 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 3 to 5 minutes longer.
Let stand covered 3 minutes.
Serve with Hot Salsa; garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
