Salsa is one of the simple and tasty preparation of the Mexican cuisine. It goes with a lot of dishes and adds to the flavor of the food. There are a number of ingredient and recipe variations that can be done to the salsa recipes to suit the dishes it accompanies. Enjoy this vegan salsa.
  Onion 1⁄4
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Tomato 1
  Fresh cilantro 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Hot sauce 1 Teaspoon

1. Chop onion, tomato, garlic, and cilantro.
2. Place all ingredients in food blender or processer.
3. Lightly blend, leaving salsa chunky.
4. Salsa is ready to serve.
