Tomato Salsa

Learn to make a beautiful very simple summer salsa with tomatoes.
Ingredients
  Diced tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lime 1⁄2
  Shallot 1⁄2
  Chopped cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Datil pepper 1
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Kosher salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

To make the salsa, dump all the tomatoes in a large bowl.

Put in the cilantro, shallots, lime juice, put in freshly cracked black pepper, good pinch of kosher salt and a tiny bit of olive oil.

Mix them up and you have a beautiful salsa.
