Try to make your own guacamole, its so easy and delicious!!!
1 Medium, juiced
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
3 Tablespoon, chopped
2 , diced (plum)
1 Teaspoon, minced
1. Using a sharp knife, cut the avocados in half, remove the stone and run the knife through the flesh.
2. Using a spoon scoop out the flesh and place it in a bowl and mash lightly.
3. Add in the tomatoes, jalapeno, cilantro, garlic and onion.
4. Sprinkle on lime juice. salt and pepper and stir well and mash the mixture with a fork.
