|Semisweet chocolate pieces||12 Ounce (1 Package Or 2 Cups)|
|Dairy sour cream||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|8 inch flour tortillas||10|
|Sifted powdered sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a medium heavy saucepan melt the chocolate pieces over low heat, stirring often.
Stir in 2 cups of the sour cream.
Remove from heat.
Place one tortilla on a serving plate.
Spread about 1/3 cup of the chocolate mixture atop.
Repeat with eight tortillas and the remaining chocolate mixture.
Top with remaining tortilla.
In a small bowl stir together the remaining sour cream and the powdered sugar.
Spread sour cream mixture on top of torte.
Cover and chill overnight.
If desired, garnish with chocolate curls and strawberries just before serving.
