Mexican Chocolate! Who doesn’t love chocolates. The wonderful combination of spices and chocolates entice and addict your taste buds with the first taste of it! If you are a chocolate lover then there is no way you can miss this Mexican Chocolate is recipe!
  Unsweetened chocolate 4 Ounce
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs), scalded
  Cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1 Pinch (and 1 pinch nutmeg)
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon

Grate the chocolate into the top of a double boiler over boiling water.
Add the half cup of boiling water and, when the chocolate is melted, beat with a wooden spoon until smooth.
Stir in the hot milk, cream, sugar, salt and spices.
Cook one hour, beating vigorously at intervals of ten minutes.
When ready to serve, beat the eggs with the vanilla.
Add a little of the hot chocolate to the eggs, then stir into the remainder of the chocolate.
Beat vigorously three minutes
