Mexican Carnitas

Ingredients
  Lean boneless pork 1 Pound, cut into small cubes
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  French style green beans 10 Ounce, partially thawed (1 Package)
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Sprinkle pork cubes with monosodium glutamate and toss lightly.
Place green beans in crock pot.
Top with onion, pimiento, seasoned salt and pepper; add cubed pork.
Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours.
