Beef Steak A La Mexican

Ingredients
  Beef slices 2 Pound, very thinly slices (Tender Beef, Cubed Steaks May Be Used)
  Fat 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh tomatoes 1 Pound, peeled, cored, and chopped
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Jalapeno chili 4 , seeded and chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Garlic salt To Taste
Directions

Sprinkle beef with salt, pepper, and garlic salt on both sides.
Pan fry meat quickly in a small amount of hot fat in a skillet (about 2 minutes per side).
Smother with chopped tomatoes, onion, and chilies.
Cover skillet and cook over low heat about 15 minutes.
Serve at once.
