Beef Steak A La Mexican
|Beef slices||2 Pound, very thinly slices (Tender Beef, Cubed Steaks May Be Used)|
|Fresh tomatoes||1 Pound, peeled, cored, and chopped|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Jalapeno chili||4 , seeded and chopped|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
Sprinkle beef with salt, pepper, and garlic salt on both sides.
Pan fry meat quickly in a small amount of hot fat in a skillet (about 2 minutes per side).
Smother with chopped tomatoes, onion, and chilies.
Cover skillet and cook over low heat about 15 minutes.
Serve at once.
