|Cooked pork||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned tomatoes||1 Pound|
|Beef consomm||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Corn meal||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
PREPARATION brown onion and garlic in oil in skillet; add all but last 3 ingredients.
Simmer for 10 minutes; reserve bring consomme to boil in a deep saucepan.
Stir in corn meal and butter, cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring frequently line bottom and sides of baking dish with 3/4 of cornmeal mixture.
Pour in meat mixture, cover with remaining corn-meal mixture.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
