Tamale Pie

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped ripe olives 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked pork 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound
  Beef consomm 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Corn meal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

PREPARATION brown onion and garlic in oil in skillet; add all but last 3 ingredients.
Simmer for 10 minutes; reserve bring consomme to boil in a deep saucepan.
Stir in corn meal and butter, cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring frequently line bottom and sides of baking dish with 3/4 of cornmeal mixture.
Pour in meat mixture, cover with remaining corn-meal mixture.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
