Pork And Chicken Fajitas
|Strongly brewed coffee||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Pork||1 Pound, thinly sliced (1 Roast Or Steak)|
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||16 Ounce, thinly sliced (4 Pieces Of 4 Ounce Each)|
|6 inch flour tortillas||8|
Combine the coffee, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vegetable oil, lime juice, sugar and pepper and beat until smooth.
Pour evenly into 2 separate shallow bowls.
Add the pork to the coffee mixture in 1 of the bowls, the chicken to the coffee mixture in the other.
Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours, turning pork and chicken occasionally.
Drain the pork and chicken, reserving the marinade.
Grill over hot coals for 6 minutes or to desired degree of doneness, basting frequently with the reserved marinade.
