Fiesta Mexican Corn Salad

|Canned mexicorn||33 Ounce, drained|
|Shredded mild cheddar cheese||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||2 Tablespoon (Enough Amount To Taste)|
Combine the Mexicorn, Cheddar cheese, green onions, mayonnaise and cayenne pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
Chill, covered, for at least 3 hours.
Serve with large corn chip scoops.
