Fiesta Mexican Corn Salad

Ingredients
  Canned mexicorn 33 Ounce, drained
  Shredded mild cheddar cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 6 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 2 Tablespoon (Enough Amount To Taste)
Directions

Combine the Mexicorn, Cheddar cheese, green onions, mayonnaise and cayenne pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
Chill, covered, for at least 3 hours.
Serve with large corn chip scoops.
