Fruit Salsa Dip
|Granny smith apples||2 Medium, peeled and coarsely chopped|
|Fresh strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Kiwi||1 , coarsely chopped|
|Orange/1/3 cup prepared orange juice||1 , juiced|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Apple butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Flour tortillas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Non-stick cooking spray/Water||1 Tablespoon|
|Cinnamon sugar mixture||1 Tablespoon|
Combine the apples, strawberries and kiwi in a food processor container and pulse until finely chopped.
Place the apple mixture in a medium bowl.
Stir in the orange juice.
Add the brown sugar and apple butter and mix well.
Chill, covered, for 2 hours.
Serve with cinnamon tortilla wedges.
Arrange the tortillas in single layers on baking sheets.
Spray tortillas with cooking spray or water; sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges with a knife or pizza cutter.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until crisp and ends begin to curl.
