|Lean ground beef||2 Pound|
|Taco seasoning mix||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Canned mexican corn||16 Ounce, slightly drained (2, 8 Ounce Cans)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned diced tomatoes||16 Ounce, slightly drained (2, 8 Ounce Cans)|
|Northern beans||35 Ounce (1 Jar, Use Randall Brand)|
|Ranch dressing mix||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Combine the beef, taco seasoning mix, corn, water, tomatoes, beans and ranch dressing mix in a large kettle.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve in individual soup bowls, sprinkled with shredded sharp Cheddar cheese and broken tortilla chips.
Top each with a dollop of sour cream if desired.
