Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green bell peppers 2 Medium, chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Zucchini 10 Ounce, quartered lengthwise, sliced (1 Medium Unit)
  Yellow squash 10 Ounce, quartered lengthwise, sliced (1 Medium Unit)
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned stewed tomatoes 30 Ounce (2 Cans)
  Canned pinto beans 38 Ounce (2 Cans)
  Canned black beans 38 Ounce (2 Cans)
  Canned chopped mild chiles 4 Ounce
Directions

Heat the oil in a 5 quart kettle over medium heat; cook the bell peppers and onion until tender, stirring frequently.
Add the zucchini, yellow squash, chili powder, sugar and salt; cook for 1 minute.
Add the next 4 ingredients; do not drain the canned vegetables.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
