Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Lard/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Mild chili powder 3 Tablespoon
  Peanut butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Meat stock 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Pork 3 Pound, cubed, cooked
Directions

Saute the onion and garlic in the lard in a large skillet until tender.
Add the chili powder, peanut butter, cumin, oregano and salt.
Add the meat stock a little at a time, stirring constantly.
Blend until smooth.
Cook over low heat until slightly thickened, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
Pour over the cooked pork.
Heat through before serving.
