Chile Salsa Beef

Ingredients
  Top sirloin cubes 1 1⁄2 Pound (1- To 1 1/2 Inch)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salsa 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Of Desired Spiciness)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Limes 2
  Fresh cilantro sprig 1
Directions

Brown the sirloin in hot oil in a Dutch oven.
Add the salsa, brown sugar, garlic and soy sauce.
Reduce heat to low.
Cook, covered, for 1 hour.
Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes longer.
Garnish with lime wedges and fresh cilantro.
Squeeze lime juice over the beef at serving time
