Chile Salsa Beef
|Top sirloin cubes||1 1⁄2 Pound (1- To 1 1/2 Inch)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Salsa||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Of Desired Spiciness)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh cilantro sprig||1|
Brown the sirloin in hot oil in a Dutch oven.
Add the salsa, brown sugar, garlic and soy sauce.
Reduce heat to low.
Cook, covered, for 1 hour.
Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes longer.
Garnish with lime wedges and fresh cilantro.
Squeeze lime juice over the beef at serving time
