  Pumpkin seeds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Medium
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Onion granules 2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
  Mushroom 3 Cup (48 tbs), dice
  Chilli powder 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Romaine lettuce 1 Small
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
For the salsa:
  Tomato 1 Medium, dice
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, mince
  Garlic 1⁄4 Clove (1.25 gm), mince
  Sea salt 1 Pinch

1. Prepare the salsa by dicing the tomato and chopping the onions and garlic, in a bowl mix the onion, tomatoes, garlic and sea salt along with cayenne.
2. In a large bowl mix the diced mushroom along with chill powder, let it rest for 10 minutes.
3. In a blender blend the seeds, water, lemon juice, paprika, seas salt, garlic blend for 1 minute and then add the cumin, onion granules and cayenne.
4. In a large bowl mix the diced mushroom along and the blended mixture.

5. Serve the mixture on a bed of romaine lettuce and top it with salsa.
