This is a high protein dish with loads of beans. Beans paste wrapped in tortilla. Add lots of cheese. Make it spicy with hot sauce if you like.
Canned pinto beans
3 Pound (3 Cans Of 1 Pound)
2 Cup (32 tbs)
Freshly chopped parsley
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Rinse the beans with water and strain excess water.
Heat 3 tbsp of bacon fat in a pot. Add 2 tbsp chopped garlic and saute.
Add the beans to the pot and mix. Add chicken stock.
Cook for 20 minutes and then mash the whole thing.
Keep stirring the whole thing.
Add some salt to taste and some garlic powder.
When the water has evaporated, lay large ladle full of bean paste and put inside tortilla wraps. Sprinkle some fresh parsley and some shredded cheese.
Wrap the tortilla and cook it in the oven for 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
Drizzle some hot sauce and honey. Sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley.
Full of protein all the way! No argument on that front! Teamed with some spicy hot sauce and loads of cheese wrapped in a tortilla! A poorly made video with no sense of style! Not a video that you would watch with enthusiasm.
