Refried Beans Burrito
|Canned pinto beans||3 Pound (3 Cans Of 1 Pound)|
|Bacon fat||3 Tablespoon|
|Chicken stock||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Freshly chopped parsley||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped garlic||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Rinse the beans with water and strain excess water.
Heat 3 tbsp of bacon fat in a pot. Add 2 tbsp chopped garlic and saute.
Add the beans to the pot and mix. Add chicken stock.
Cook for 20 minutes and then mash the whole thing.
Keep stirring the whole thing.
Add some salt to taste and some garlic powder.
When the water has evaporated, lay large ladle full of bean paste and put inside tortilla wraps. Sprinkle some fresh parsley and some shredded cheese.
Wrap the tortilla and cook it in the oven for 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
Drizzle some hot sauce and honey. Sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley.
