Quick Roasted Vegetable Tortilla

This is a very quick meal snack, you come in from work and you are hungry and you want something quick and easily. I am going to use basically what is in the house.
Ingredients
  Chopped mixed roasted vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Onion, Carrot, Celery, Peppers, Asparagus, Garlic)
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Balsamic vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Pesto 1 Tablespoon
  Soft flour tortillas 2
  Organic cheese 3 Tablespoon (Soft Ones)
Directions

In a oven safe pan, combine all the vegetables.
Add salt, black pepper and vinegar to pan.
Add olive oil. Add pesto. Mix them well.
Cook all the vegetables in a moderate oven for 10 minutes.
Take 2 soft tortillas. Spread cheese over the tortillas.
Place cooked vegetables on 1 tortilla.
Place another tortilla over the vegetable top.
Press gently.
Cook it in a dry pan for a minute.
Flip it over. Enjoy as a snack.
