Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Cooked tomatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Tow 16 Ounce Can)
  Red kidney beans 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Can)
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook ground beef in a large skillet, stirring until crumbled into small pieces and well browned.
Add onion and garlic to meat; cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add tomatoes to skillet and chop into bite size chunks.
Stir in kidney beans, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Reduce heat to simmering and cook, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes.
